The Tree Soul collection features brooches and pendants crafted from tree bark, partially coated with layers of glossy black or mirror resin varnishes. I collaborated on this project for several months with a chemical engineer who patented this type of varnish.
My intention is to reveal the soul hidden within every tree and in every artifact of nature: something we often fail to perceive, or sometimes choose not to understand.
